Information we store

NamerLab may store the selected category, entered constraints, preferred tone, generated candidates, saved candidates, comparison results, generated reports, and public vote feedback.

Operational records such as request time and processing state may be kept to run and protect the service.

Free owner-only reports

The full report is free and available only with the owner token stored by the browser that created the result. Future advertising presentation does not grant or verify report access.

What public vote links do not show

Sensitive inputs such as birth dates or internal notes are not shown on public vote screens. Voters see candidate names, short descriptions, and the vote question.

Retention and deletion

Generated sessions expire after the configured retention window. From the browser that created a result, you can delete the session or extend retention from the result management area.

Expired or deleted sessions are removed with their candidates, comparison data, reports, public vote rooms, and votes during cleanup jobs.
